Why did you decide to work for Pioneer Ridge Management: I have been wanting to be in property management since I was in High School. About time!

What’s your favorite Steamboat Springs winter activity: Brushing the snow off my vehicle.

How many days of brushing did you do last winter: 500+ inches divided by 5 months= (option 1 = 4 new snow brushes. Option 2 = when can I ride my bike?)

What’s your favorite Steamboat Springs summer activity: Riding one of my bikes: mountain or road.

How many days of biking did you do last summer: Everyday, because I try to ride to work everyday.

Describe your perfect day: Option 1: Wake up. Make coffee. Check outside temperature to see how long it will be before I go for a bike ride. If it is too cold go back to bed while waiting for coffee to brew. Make breakfast. Read the New York Times. Go for a bike ride. Come home - get cleaned up. Play in the flower bed. Cook out on the grill. Crack open a bottle of wine to check work email (just kidding)! Go to sleep looking forward to another day in paradise.
